  • Fax using your own order form.
  • Post using your own order form.

When you place an order on line, you will be sent an automated email confirming receipt of your order. The fact that you have received an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.

Product Availability.

Every effort is made to maintain accurate stock level information on the website however we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

If we cannot deliver part of an order within the timeframe indicated on our product information we will either;

  • Offer you a new delivery date.
  • Offer you an equivalent product.
  • Offer you a credit for the item.
  • Deliver order with the missing item to follow.

Prices and Payment.

All prices are in Sterling and are exclusive of VAT and are those current at the date of payment. Listed prices are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

Goods will be dispatched on completion of payment.

All Online transactions will be carried out using 128 bit encryption to ensure the highest level of end to end security.

Delivery To U.K. Addresses.

Delivery costs to U.K. Mainland, Next Business Day;

  • 10.00 +VAT for the first 15 Kg.
  • Plus 50p per kilo thereafter

Delivery to U.K. addresses on orders completed by 1pm will normally be dispatched for Next Business Day Delivery . Any delays will be notified by either email or phone.

Please note next working day cannot be guaranteed to Northern Ireland and all Scottish Highland and Island areas.

International Delivery.

Please email or Fax for carriage charge and add 17.5%VAT to all orders.

Please note; For EU Customers outside the UK with VAT registration issued by a/or the member state, there will be no VAT charge. Please fax order with Company Headed Paper with VAT registration Number. For Delivery time please contact us.

For Customers outside of the EU, Please phone, fax or email for tax free purchases and delivery costs.

Please phone or fax between 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday, in the event of no reply please leave a message with phone number to return your call as soon as possible.


Retail customers are entitled to return the goods if not entirely satisfied within a period of 7 days from delivery of the good to you. If you would like to return goods please call us to obtain a returns form which must be fully completed and enclosed with the goods.

Please contact us before returning any faulty item, where we will talk you through a few basic checks to confirm whether the problem is with the product, product settings or the lack of familiarity with it.

Any product you wish to return must be confirmed faulty by contacting us, upon which we will issue a returns number and form, which must be enclosed with the returned product to the address below.

Any returned product is your responsibility until it is received by us, therefore we recommend you return it via a secure delivery method requiring signature on delivery.

If any of our goods become defective by reason of defects in materials, manufacturing or workmanship within a period of 12 months from the dispatch date, we will replace or repair the goods (at our option). This is conditional on the goods having being returned to us in good order and accompanied by a fully completed returns form.For a replacement of goods to be considered the goods must be returned with all original packaging. All products carry this 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated on the original invoice or product description page of catalogue or web site.


It is our aim to ensure customer satisfaction, however we realize that problems can sometimes occur. We always appreciate feedback from customers and aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced quickly and fairly.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and comply to all applicable laws in regard to the profession and use of any items purchased.
